Best tool for modelling it landscape?

I'm searching for a good tool to document and describe communication between different it systems in different layers.

Main purpose is to keep an overview for it-architects and to get different views of your current situation.

Just draw stuff in visio or drawio is not an useful option.

I really like the approach of the tool threagile. But it's too security related and lacks some features for proper use as an universal tool.
