Best SANS course to take first?

For some background info, I work in the threat detection & response/ Threat Hunting/ IR space and looking to take my first sans course. I have a little over 2 years of general cyber work experience. My employer will pay for one course per year (so would have to wait another year before taking another one). My only other certs are AWS Practitioner, SC-200, and AZ-500.
