Best privacy options for baby monitor?

I assume the general advice is the same as home security cameras (could build my own, but don't have a ton of time), but are there any good options you parents out there have found that works well for you, balancing features and privacy?

I'm looking at a few options, but anything labeled with "baby" has a 300% price hike lol
