Evening all. I’m looking for an OS to install on my laptop that takes uses privacy seriously. I’m not up to any shady stuff so hiding isn’t the main issue. No government or law enforcement agencies are after me, nothing like that. I just want a laptop that isn’t being data mined by google/facebook/amazon etc I don’t need much in the way of programs like office just basic web, email etc. what would you folks suggest and why?
