I’d like to disconnect my smart TV from the internet and use an open source option via HDMI. What are some good options for this?

Hoping to have:
- YouTube app (or alternative)
- AirPlay ability

Nice to have:
- YouTube adblocking
- Wireless cast ability from PC

That’s it! Nothing more :)
