Best email forwarding strategy for privacy?

I have in my to add measures to protect my main email using email forwarding. Three possible approaches seem 'OK' (if you have others, you're welcome to share), and I'd like to know what are your PROS and CONS for each:

1. Using a private domain from Njalla that can do email forwarding directly (not yet sure how to setup directly there)
2. Using a private domain from Njalla within my private Tutanota email (with catch them all …
