Best email for deleting things?

Before I delete my services and accounts, I want to change the email addresses on them to a non identifiable "junk" address. I'm looking for a simple email provider that I can use to delete all these services with, maybe keep around for a year or so, and then delete. I'd also prefer that the email service/provider be privacy focused.

Any suggestions?
