Best DNS for privacy and speed?

can someone please suggest me the best DNS solution for privacy and speed for daily use? For ios btw
I’ve tried NextDNS and 1.1.1.1 warp but didn’t notice any difference. Thinking about trying quad9.
Would also appreciate if someone explained the difference between resolver and client etc.
