Best cloud platform for privacy

I'm considering, either in addition to or instead of a Raspberry PI server I have running at home (used for DNS, blocking, files, etc.) to use a cloud platform for the same uses (which would be more convenient in some cases).

What would you recommend in terms of the best cloud provider from a privacy perspective?
