I am doing a year long Cyber Security and in the next few weeks we are going to be split into teams (attack and defence) with one side protecting a network made up of a few nodes a few years old on AWS (one of the servers I remember is ubuntu 16.04 so fairly old, unsure if on ESM or not for security updates, my assumption is no).
