Bank teller job application: what does the Consumer Privacy section mean? Am I giving them the legal right to all of my collected data before being considered for the job, including browsing history? I'm confused 😕

However, I am confused about the agreement before submitting my app. Does the information below mean I am giving them access to all that is listed in the agreement, i.e. browsing history (not sure how this would be available in a report), as well has consuming histories, behavioral data, etc...
