Balancing Two Jobs?

Hi guys. I've recently received a job offer for a Security Analyst 2 position, which is a step up from my current Level 1 role. This new opportunity comes with a 30% salary increase. It's both better pay, and also seems more demanding but in a way that I'd enjoy.
