Balance between not using popular software and not having a unique fingerprint.

- We shouldn't use Google Chrome because our data then belongs to Google.
- But, it is the most common browser so not using it makes it easier for your browser to have a unique fingerprint.
I used browsers as an example, this could apply to other situations too.
How do people balance this? Is it simply that the risk of fingerprinting …
