Automating access reviews

I have been tasked with performing an access review of our AWS SSO groups. It is insanely manual and mind numbing, once I complete this one it’s going to become a quarterly thing.

Is there any way to automate this? I don’t think I can stare at an excel spreadsheet of all of our users with AWS access any longer this is painful.
