Automated redteaming software effectiveness

Has anyone used software such as Synack, Randori, Scythe to perform auto-redteaming? To me, these tools search for vulnerabilities and then try to exploit. But most red teaming is much more than that to include obfuscation of activity and trying to mirror TTPs from specific attackers.

Anyone compare a tool such as this compared to an actual red team campaign using custom or more common tools?
