AT&T Forcing ToS-Acceptance, Killing Class-Action and Jury-Trial

I received an email from AT&T today:

"We're updating the AT&T Consumer Service Agreement that applies to your AT&T wireless, internet, or phone service. "

"By continuing to use AT&T services on or after December 1, 2022, you agree to the terms of the updated AT&T Consumer Service Agreement. If you don't agree, go to att.com/CSA for deadlines and options."
