As a privacy focused person, is it fine to use Youtube and other privacy threatening services if used correctly?

I know Google can and does profile me when I use Youtube. But because of firefox' inbuilt cookie seperation software and because of ublock origin in advanced mode, Youtube can't get more information from my device …
