Are there Faraday Laptop Cases with USB Port Access?

Long story short; I need to do some work on a sensitive MacBook that must not receive outside signals. I'm thinking the best way to do so is to keep the MacBook in a Faraday Case, connect it to a USB Hub outside of the case, and connect an external monitor, keyboard, and mouse to the USB Hub.
