Privacy & Freedom in the Information Age www.reddit.com

I would like to keep windows for convenience sake instead of hard swapping to Linux. So, I was wondering if there is any security/privacy concerns I would have or need to address. Namely can windows or anything on the windows OS have the ability to read/Interact with anything on the Linux OS? If so are is there any way to prevent this.
