Are most cyber security roles less customer facing than sysadmin jobs?

Are most cyber security roles less customer facing then sysadmin roles? I understand most roles involve writing some type of report and/or dealing with some compliance issues depending on the exact role, but can I assume that since you are not a help desk typically, there is not as much customer interaction?
