tl;dr - Cell phone OEM's, app developers and advertisers are allegedly sending your personally identifiable information (IMEI, billing/credit, etc) over TOR which can be seen at the exit node.

I watched this presentation today and the concepts they're talking about sound more like malware than just a slip from the OEM's or developers. I've owned many different makes of cell phones in the past and I've never come across TOR traffic that I didn't initiate.
