I have to deal with internal & external auditors and part of that means assigning out RFIs & findings to different IT / security teams to work. It's a very regular occurrence for me to get pushback on a team taking on something and my boss making me schedule a meeting between the two conflicting teams to discuss. If something is cross-functional, God help us all.

Is this normal in GRC, or do other orgs do this better? My colleague …
