Are 2nd Shift SOC Analyst positions often 30 hours a week full time?

I saw a sick job posting for a schedule like so:

Wednesday-Saturday: 4PM-10PM.

Also stipulated that schedule was further flexible, leading me to believe they just had difficulty getting qualified people to work 2nd shift.

It'd work out perfectly for me, since I'm finishing up a degree and would love to have the prime time focus be on upskilling. Not to mention the extra 10 hours per week! Hopefully they didn't just accidentally mess up the schedule!
