Arctic Wolf Alternatives for non-host Monitoring

Going down the Arctic Wolf replacement rabbit-hole.

I am struggling to find a good alternative for LAN monitoring/ingesting.

Currently Arctic Wolf ingesting all data from the core networking.

What other MDR companies are good with handing all LAN data, not just agent/host based?

ie. printers, IoT, ip-phone etc

Companies I am interviewing have very limited on-prem insight, more on the basic firewall integrations.
