AppleTV or Nvidia Shield privacy alternative?

Hello,

is there a privacy alternative to these products? A GrapheneOS for Android TV or something like that :)

What I would use:
- Netflix (yeah I know)
- Youtube frontent like Libretube or Freetube
- Disney+ for the kids
- Plex

So the easiest would be a streaming device which supports Android TV as a custom rom. Does this exist?
