It worried me that there was no way to detect an Apple Airtag in an Android ecosystem. Someone could slip one onto my car, and there would be no way to know it was there until someone broke into my house and stole the keys.

But Apple have now released an Android App called (imaginatively) "Tracker Detect" for Android, which detects trackers compatible with it's "Find my network" . If one is found for an extended period, apparently …
