Some context -- back in 2020, I first started transitioning away from gmail. I made lots of different protonmail accounts for various sites, including instagram, not understanding that they would eventually block access to these accounts (now I use anonaddy for this instead, much easier). Apparently during that time, I switched my IG to my main protonmail.
