My apartment is installing smart rent devices in my apartment very soon. These devices are water sensors under each sink, an ac control unit, smart lock, a smart hub, and smart light switches in every room. I've looked at my lease and argued with my property manager and sadly there is noting I can do to prevent these installations. My lease is up in August and I cant afford to move currently.
