We currently have this, but it was implemented before I joined, and it looks like we have it setup just to segregate security incidents as a role based permission.

Looking for user information on what people are using it for, first thing I am going to get the ball moving with is getting the bi-directional connector setup with Sentinel.

Their website demos are a bit all over the place, so thanks for any actual user cases.
