Did anyone transitioned from GRC to engineering? I have 10y experience in grc. Have some technical knowledge and willingness to learn and can catch up fairly quickly since I'm passionate about the tech side of things even more. Anyone did this and can share some advice? Also afraid of not going too far back w my career by taking a junior level role with less pay.
