Anyone implement SOAR? Specifically Palo Alto xSoar (fka Demisto)

I know its a loaded term so let me do my best to explain.

We are looking to implement a single platform that performs security workflows based on event triggers and AI. Reporting and compliance/audir reporting are a bonus. Our VP saw how Palo Alto operates their SOC with Devo and xSOAR so we have been modeling ours similarly.

Palo Alto will very likely win the business but I am open to other platforms. I am looking for your experiences …
