Anyone got thoughts about riseup.net as a primary email provider instead of protonmail? Protonmail is considered to be very trusted, but how's riseup and their privacy and security? Would it be a bad idea to use riseup as the main account? my main go

I like both providers but currently like riseup more. I like the userinterface and responsiveness more in riseup. It seems that riseup isn't as private but is it private, secure and trustworthy enough for a regular user who wants to get away from big tech? on riseup i also got multiple aliases. i wanted to get the paid protonmail on black friday but it didn't get on sale and the full price is out of the budget …
