Anyone dealt with sting rays before? (Protests etc)

Whenever I walk into a certain area my connection resets. I've come into this area from different entry points and its dead on the fence of this play my connection will reset. I only notice cuz I'm tryna play a p2p game. Poor team mates.

How can I detect something like this nowadays? My device is 4g only don't connect to public wifi
