Any way to find deleted images without thumbs.db on Windows 10?

Hey everyone,

Beginner here! I can't find images that I know were on my computer three years ago. I think I accidentally deleted them.

I routinely clean my thumbnails databases folder.

Recuva turns nothing as my disk has since been filled up multiple times since.

The images were open with the classic Windows Photo app, as well as Photoshop and Premiere pro, but I've updated those two softwares multiple times since, without keeping the setting files.
