Any way around "smart" appliances/electronics?

So, I finally got a decent paying job and I'm making some good money and wanted to get some new appliances/electronics. Namely, I wanted a robot vaccuum to clean all the cat hair in my house as well as a bigger TV to watch totally legitimately acquired movies.
However, it seems every single new thing has a freacking Alexa or Google Assistant attached.
There are options to disable them, but c'mon, I surely can't trust that.
