Any recommended courses or avenues to get hands-on with some of the less accessible (read: costly) SIEM and EDR products on a personal budget?

I’ve been exposed to Elastic Stack at work and tend to look at threat detection, investigation, and hunting from the perspective of that tool. But for less than I pay for streaming services, I can have a cloud hosted instance of the product up and running. Same goes for their EDR product (formerly Endgame).
