Any reason not to use the native Apple iOS Password Manager?

I was surprised I didn't find any results in the privacy subs about the native apple pass manager... (it might be because when I search iOS password manager, all the results are asking about password managers for iOS, but no mention of the native one).
So I was wondering what your thoughts are?
Other than it not being open-source, and maybe depending on iCloud (if I understand it correctly), I couldn't think of other reasons why not to …
