Any Open Source projects for Compliance test automation?

We're going through the fun of security certifications at my company. We're using Vanta which gives a good level of test automation for big picture things however one thing it isn't good at is custom tests.
We need to provide evidence that we have policies (which Vanta does well) but now need to provide evidence that we are aligned with that policy. (which Vanta doesn't do well) We could, as I've done many times before, screenshot the relevant …
