Any ideas how this twitter bot was able to identify my anonymous account??

So I have a personal account and an anonymous account on twitter.

But out of the blue, I get a notification from some Bot trying to make people follow some journalist. I thought it was super super strange that it mentioned both my personal and anon account. I can’t think of any connection that it could have picked up on because I don’t have a email or phone number linked to either account.

Anyone hear of this happening before?
