Any good audio resources for learning cybersecurity?

I've kind of been thrown through circumstance into a position where I'm going to need to get better on cybersecurity by the end of the summer. I know I'm not going to be an expert by then, it's a vast field and there's a lot to cover, but I'd like to be as prepared as I can by then.
