Any antivirus related software automatically closes right after I open it

my windows defender automatically closes right after I open it

I have defender control downloaded so I just decide to use that to turn it off when that automatically closes as well

it seems like anything windows antivirus related just auto closes and you can't reopen it

I got microsofts virus scanner to scan my pc so I'll give a update in a bit
