Any alternative to GrapheneOS?

To resume, I would like to chat with a journalist coworker. We will both use a secure app like r/signal or r/SimpleXChat to chat. The threats is basically the authorities.

I will also need to use snapchat to give him my signal/SimpleXChat account. A paper with his snapchat is only what I have from him, so definitely mandatory.

To avoid risks I would use GrapheneOS with orbot app, a free wifi and always use faraday bags to avoid authorities …
