Anti-Ransomware software suggestions

I'm looking for anything specifically designed to help prevent ransomware. I've a client asking but when I tell him to enforce the controls he has in place (AV installed on all machines, cyber security training for staff, patch management, network monitoring) but he seems unhappy. I think he's hoping for some sort of silver bullet software to protect the network/share drives.

Anyone know of any useful tools?
