Anonymous Visa or MasterCard debit card?

Any such thing available?

A pre-paid credit/debit card (or whatever they're called) that you can load with funds (preferably through crypto) and be able to purchase with (like a regular credit card).

I assume there has to be a name attached to it as you can't leave the name entry empty when entering card details during online purchases...so a card that would allow for a pseudonym or any name you choose would be great.
