Analyzing Chrome Cache Files

I received an alert from Cisco AMP for a Chrome cache file that was quarantined. I fetched the file via AMP and downloaded it to VM to analyze. I am trying to read the file to potentially find the source of it but I am having no luck finding how to read it. I've tried ChromeCacheViewer but it doesn't even detect the file for some reason.
