Americans, what caliber of job would I need to get a US Green Card?

Ok so I've been in IT since 2016. Got my CEH, It Fundementals, A+, etc. Graduated college with a degree. I did all of that. I basically found out that I was lied to about a lot of things, mainly that certificates would present me with tons of employers eager to hire me.
