To preface this I'm located in BC, Canada.

Like the title says, recently ordered a brand new Samsung m.2 2TB SSD from Amazon Prime (not the marketplace but actually sold by Amazon), but the item I received is used, with 1.2TB of somebody else's data on it, including both PII & PHI.

I contacted Amazon about this and they don't care at all, just issued a refund (refused to issue replacement) and $20 credit on my account for my trouble. …
