Alternatives to AMD or intel chips or a way to disable the spyware.

I’m not sure if it’s common knowledge however AMD and intel chips both, nowadays, come loaded with proprietary spyware that is very vulnerable.
Any ideas on how to get around this either by buying other chips, disabling the stuff yourself, or by by another method?
