Alternative to discord with groups and screen share

Me and my friends use discord daily to talk while gaming. We often screen share to show what we're doing or watch videos together.

What's a privacy friendly alternative with close to no lag or that doesn't send the voice/video with a delay?

I hate discord with a passion, but that is handled very well on it, when we talk or screen share there's close to no delay.
