A federal jury in Portland, Oregon, found a Pennsylvania man guilty of distributing fentanyl that led to three overdoses, two of which resulted in death.

According to an announcement by the US Attorney's Office for the District of Oregon, from at least May 2016 through July 2017, 37-year-old Henry Konah Koffie distributed large quantities of fentanyl through the now-defunct AlphaBay dark web marketplace under the "DNMKingpin" and "NarcoBoss" vendor profiles.
